Dare to believe in the future and find hope even though it looks dark in the world around us is increasingly important. During the evening, we work with the psychodrama technique of future projection as inspiration for and preparation for change. We create and portray our target images and hopes on the psychodrama stage. You don’t need any prior knowledge of psychodrama. We will present psychodrama in practical action and you will have the opportunity to try out different elements yourself. Everything at your own pace.

About psychodrama

Psychodrama is a creative artistic way to develop our ability to deal with the complex changing reality that surrounds us and to train us to stand up for a humane humane society.
Psychodrama is not a solution but a way to work with oneself and one’s relationships and increase one’s awareness in order to be able to make conscious choices big and small. It is also a way to break old patterns that no longer work and train new ones that are better adapted to the reality that we have to deal with.

Psychodrama is used in therapy, pedagogy, supervision, personal development and group and organizational development. It also includes skills that will benefit you as a coach, actor and leader. When you participate in your own and other people’s dramas, you develop new sides of yourself. You increase your “role repertoire” and your ability to handle old and new situations in a more adequate way. The focus is on developing your resources so that you can enrich your quality of life by exploring the past in the present and to be able to take full responsibility for your future.
